let the rest . . .

Right now it's about timing, and active slowing seems to do the trick.

Smelling the Sunrise is active slowing, only smelling. Walking the grass is active slowing, only walking.

Cessation of the multitask is active slowing.

Cessation of the multitasking mind seems to be . . .

The mind likes the task. It likes the multitask. It can do more! It can be, have, and create more!

Actively slow the multitasking mind with a singular task.

Feel the bubbles. Only bubbles.
